乔治·桑塔亚那在讲他结束教授生涯的最后一课时，一只美丽的知更鸟停在窗台上，不停地欢叫。桑塔亚那出神地打量着小鸟。许久，他转向听众，轻轻地说："对不起，诸位，失陪了，我与春天有个约会。"讲毕，疾步走出门去。

　　马寅初讲课时很少翻课本，读讲义，讲得激动时，往往走下讲台，挥动胳膊，言词密集。一些坐在前排的学生说："听马先生讲课，要撑雨伞。"

学会自我调整心理状态

许医生在临床中就遇到过因为想家而坚决要退学的病例。他说，这样的问题很多在外求学的大学生都会遇到，绝大多数的学生都能有效调整心态，没有出现这样极端的例子，可见掌握一些自我心理调整的技巧是非常重要的。许医生建议心理出现问题的大学生，可以从以下几方面来调整：

1.确立一个实际有效的目标。使心理指向集中于一处，无形中会转移注意力，削弱心理问题对心理的影响，并有了内在驱动力，从而更有利于克服各种心理问题和疾病。

　　2.正视学习生活的压力。遇到问题，应不断进行心理调试，始终以乐观、坚强、自信的态度对待生活。一个人以一种自信、坚强、乐观的精神面貌面对生活，有助于及时调整心态，从心理困境中走出来。

　　3.转移注意力，学会自我宣泄。如抑郁时，可积极进行户外活动，如打打球、散散步、找知心朋友谈谈心等。

　　4.上网有度，积极在现实中结交朋友。最好每天上网不超过80分钟，积极在现实生活中寻找朋友，而不应沉迷于网上交友和网恋。

　　5.正确对待情感问题。大学生一方面应鼓足勇气，向家长、老师以及专业人员请教，另一方面应积极参加学校设立的青少年生理与心理健康课程，另外自己还可以找几本相关的科普书籍学习研究，以及时消除因对一些生理与心理现象的困惑而导致的心理压力。
